Automatic Payments
Credit-card auto-recharge charges the card when the balance drops below your minimum. Crypto cannot do that — we cannot debit a wallet. Instead we email you to add credits yourself.
Important
Watch for that email. If you don't add credits, instances terminate about 12 hours after the balance goes negative.
How it works
Open Edit auto-recharge on Billing and pick Crypto. The dialog title becomes Edit balance alerts.
- Minimum Balance — when the balance drops below this, we email you (we cannot auto-charge a wallet).
- Top-up amount — a reminder of how much you usually add.
The line under those fields restates the pair: we email you to add $X once the balance drops below $Y.
When that email arrives, open Billing → Add Credits → via Crypto to generate a QR code and finish the payment.
